Joana is a retailer who resells clothes in her town in
the countryside of Rio. She buys the clothes in the capital every two weeks and then resells them to her clients — who reach her through her Facebook page and WhatsApp.
Most of her customers are middle-class women between 30 and 55 years old and most of them have children. Joana resells all the clothes she buys with up to 200% profit. The customers select the clothes they want by looking at her Facebook page or photos on WhatsApp, she then brings the selected clothes to the client's house, so they can pick the ones they want to buy.
The clients need to try on the clothes before buying. Lately, Joana's sales have been growing a lot, but she isn’t able to keep up with the demand making her clients frustrated. A few of them even stopped buying from her since she was taking too long to attend them, so she decided to develop an app to solve this.
PIN LAWYERS
At different points in life, there comes a time when the need for a mediator or advocate arises. For some, it is at the point of land ownership, documentations while for others, it is to help understand complex documents to avert grave repercussions. People needed lawyers at a crucial time but found it tiring to locate and identify qualified and reliable lawyers. Therefore, I aim to ensure users work with talented lawyers as long as the lawyer is registered on the platform.

Brief:
This study aims to analyze an already existing and widely used app (Twitter) and incorporate a new feature. I had to research the market and empathize with the users to understand their frustrations so I could come up with the best possible solutions.
Introduction:
Twitter is a free microblogging and social networking service on which users post and interact with messages known as “tweets”. Registered users can post, like, and retweet tweets, however, unregistered users have the ability to only read tweets that are publicly available. Twitter, launched in 2006, is undoubtedly one of the most popular social media platforms, with 100 million daily active users and 500 million tweets sent daily.
